Elegant Wedding





Elegant four tier wedding pound cake. The bottom layer is vanilla pound cake with buttercream filling, the second layer is chocolate pound cake with a chocolate icing filling, the third layer is a vanilla poundcake with a raspberry mousse filling, and the the fourth tier is a lemon pound cake with a lemon mousse filling. The cake is covered with butter cream icing, accented with buttercream scroll work, edible pearls and cala lilies, bordered with brown ribbon, and topped with a P monogram.
